About Us...
We are two African American college students who feel that it is time for change and Forward Progress within our own community as well as American culture. We feel the best way to start change is by starting with our own community first. Will a t-shirt change an entire society? No, but YOU can by ridding your vocabulary of racial slurs and replacing it with intelligent thought.
The t-shirt design is merely a stepping stone to promote progress within the community. We will also donate 10 percent of proceeds to the NAACP as an effort of giving back to our community. We in no way, shape, or form claim to be saints or perfect individuals but we do believe that the time for change and forward progress is NOW. Please support Change and Forward Progress.
It is "now" your responsibility to carry out the knowledge you received. Rid your vocabulary of ALL racial and derogatory terms. One wise philosophical man by the name of Socrates once said that "vice is the result of ignorance". In other words, if people knew the truth then they would correct there behavior. ForwardProgress™ believes very strongly in that concept. Yet in still there are individuals who still decide to go left when they consciously know that it is wrong, Socrates calls this "unlearned ignorance". It is a very dangerous outlook on life and can often lead to disaster.
